Volume 2 of this four-volume collection contains articles based on many of the fundamental ideas introduced in Volume 1. Here the focus is on wide ranging theoty building about what complexity might mean in organization studies with respect to the two major themes of the volume: Methodological and Organizational Issues. These two broad categorizations include the treatment of fundamental and general issues relating to the epistemological challenges of complexity in organization studies, as well as theorizations and critiques of what it means to take a complexity perspective on the specific phenomena of organizations.
