    Abstract

    This chapter will look at a number of issues relating to property investment, including direct investment in residential and commercial property, and indirect investment through property trusts and syndicates. The advantages and disadvantages of property investment are also briefly discussed. The chapter also looks at investing in tangibles such as gold, art and other collectables as a means of wealth creation.
