Abstract

In early 2018, after three years of advocacy and development, research into the campus climate for sexuality and gender diverse staff and students at Western Sydney University (WSU) was published. The report documents a landmark study into the experiences of sexuality and gender diverse (SGD) staff and students, as well as cisgender and heterosexual (cishet) staff and students’ perceptions and attitudes to sexuality and gender diversity on campus.
