Abstract
L'image qui semble revenir le plus souvent dans l'oeuvre de Beckett et que l'on peut rapporter à Geulincx est celle du rocking-chair. Le philosophe utilise l'image du berceau pour expliquer la relation de notre volonte à celle de Dieu, et, comme je vais le montrer, Beckett développe ce motif dans Murphy, Film et Berceuse à travers l'image du rocking-chair.
