Abstract

The essays provides a detailed analysis of the clash between the Greek government and Greece's "creditors" in the first half of 2015, during the most intense period of the Greek sovereign debt crisis. It also analyses the content of the "deal" struck on July 13, 2015 from the point of view of a more general theoretical reflections on the transformations of crucial political concepts - such as sovereignty and democracy - as well as on the future "constitutional" perspectives of the European Union.
