Abstract
The article focuses on consideration of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for adoption of an appropriate corporate culture. Topics discussed include assessment of corporate leadership approaches for maintenance of culture along with business models; approach of the Great Britain for analysis of senior managers responsibility towards culture in financial services industries; and proliferation of corporate culture through appropriate corporate leadership.
