Abstract

In stage one of this project, HCA researchers completed an audit to identify work-ready skills of HCA graduates. In stage two the researchers facilitated a workshop for HCA staff to explore T&L questions aligned with the research findings while drawing on available University data. The poster describes and critiques the project. It reflects on examples of data-based T&L questions, proposes data suitable for exploring these questions, and suggests a workflow for staff to measure the impact of data-based curriculum changes. Finally, it offers suggestions for future approaches that similarly seek answers from data to enhance curriculum and boost student outcomes.
