    Abstract

This is the fourth and final part of a series of articles summarising the available literature on malignant wounds. This article discusses how psychosocial effects can be managed, and also explores the management of pain and bleeding. As in the previous articles, this fourth part takes a holistic approach to the literature, which practitioners can use to inform their decisions when caring for people with these devastating wounds.
