    Abstract

![CDATA[Although the literature on organisational culture is rich, it is largely devoid a discussion of memes. This presents an opportunity to enhance current understandings of organisational culture and its links with other disciplines. Following a discussion of memes, this paper demonstrates its links with organisational culture; it also argues the potential benefit of cross-disciplinary research to further theoretical understandings of both organisational culture and memes.]]
