Abstract
![CDATA[Introduction: Spinal reflex responses are thought to be important for successful performance of landing tasks and stiffness regulation. The pathway of the simple stretch reflex is commonly probed using an electrically induced Ia-afferent response, or H-reflex. Previous research has examined Ia-afferent control during drop-jumps however; it is unknown how/if at all spinal reflexes functionally contribute to common landing tasks associated with injury in the sporting context.
