Within the model, facilitating within a framework of 'nature as nurture' is also highlighted. The cognitive processes of adventure therapy allow for the newness and creative expression to rise, within the genius that sits within us all. Developing the understanding of inner technologies, mind, body, emotions gives the ability for individuals to regulate their inner dimensions of life while navigating through the outer experiences of life.
