Abstract
This work is an attempt to explores AI technology's ability to boost blockchain and social network systems which handle urban crisis management. These technologies collaborate to function as effective processes for critical decision support and safe data transfer capabilities while delivering prompt analysis during all emergency situations from natural occurrences to epidemics and major disruptions. AI works optimally to speed up crisis response with the combination of blockchain-based platforms together with social networking systems. The adoption of these technologies encounters difficulties when used in practice because of problems related to technology execution along with operational limitations and social constraints. Different sources delivering data into serious investigation problems from satellite imagery and IoT sensors and digital platforms create output delays because un-optimized data leads to inaccurate results. Despite its well-known benefits blockchain decentralization does not function well under high usage because it suffers from performance problems regarding scaling and latency. Productivity levels decrease in artificial intelligence systems because social networks provide voluminous real-time crisis data which emits both too much unwanted data and distracting noise simultaneously. These technological advancements need both learning at an advanced level of technology and major financial support to protect data privacy while establishing public trust. The utilization of data presents legal together with ethical challenges which create substantial barriers. This chapter explores these challenges because properly aligned collaboration reveals the maximum promise within AI and blockchain technology as well as social network capability. The implementation of these technologies reaches their best levels of effectiveness in urban resilience through the resolution of existing challenges to enhance crisis response strategies in upcoming emergencies.
