Abstract
This article aims to draw up a situational framework on Bolivian agricultural workers in the central western province of Mendoza. More specifically, it is oriented to explore the gap between, on the one hand, a context tending increasingly to the expansion and protection of migrants´ rights and, on the other hand, the conditions of vulnerability and persistent rights´ violations suffered by migrant workers in the country.
