    Abstract

    This chapter will look at the use of offender profiling techniques in the investigation of celebrity stalking. The chapter will identify what offender profiling is, briefly review some of the approaches to offender profiling, introduce the concept of celebrity stalking, and review some of the key considerations when attempting to produce offender profiles in cases of celebrity stalking. Some of the problems associated with the investigation of celebrity stalking cases will be highlighted and conclusions will be drawn as to the overall utility of offender profiling in celebrity stalking.
