Abstract
Older women who live in the private rental sector in Australia are at high risk of homelessness, struggling in housing that is increasingly unaffordable and insecure. Many report living in sub-standard housing and having insufficient money left over from rent to be confident that they can afford sufficient food or pay their energy bills.
