Abstract
Based on the analysis of the world situation presented in a previous article, we attempt here to define the general conditions for a reconstruction of internationalism. Particular importance is attributed to the spatial dimensions of politics, the question of war and the action of feminist and ecological movements in different parts of the world. The article concludes with a brief analysis of the potential of a new internationalist politics in Latin America.
