Abstract
In this paper, the blind identification problem for an FIR multiuser channel is investigated by introducing a periodic pre-filter in the transmitter of the channel. New design criteria of the periodic pre-filter are proposed from the channel blind identification viewpoint. Blind identification algorithms based on the knowledge of the received signal's SOS and the impulse response of the pre-filter are developed. These algorithms not only have a simple and nice form but also involve a low computational complexity. Computer simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of these developed blind identification algorithms.
