Abstract
It is rare but highly commendable for writers on organisation theory and business to venture into the area of serious philosophy. Recently, two books have successfully undertaken this challenge from the standpoint of organisation theory and business with admirable results. Bridging the traditional gap between both worlds" business/organisation and philosophy" sets a daunting task for anyone in the field of business and management studies.
