Abstract

This album covers a body of work that intersects the toy piano and grand piano through the hands of Antonietta Loffredo, who is renown internationally for her toy piano repertoire and research into the instrument. The challenge as the producer of the album was both sonic and cultural to try and integrate these two seemingly similar but vastly different instruments through previously unrecorded works.
