Abstract

In this report, we present a case of pigmented Paget's disease of the nipple in which there is a florid proliferation of pigmented dendritic melanocytes interspersed with the malignant cells, and highlight potential pitfalls in interpreting both haematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained sections and immunohistochemistry.
