Research output: Chapter in Book / Conference PaperConference Paperpeer-review

Abstract

Public Relations is a dynamic and creative profession with an infinite range of opportunities that allow students to tailor their careers to their own interests and skills. Embedding of employability as an outcome of higher education teaching and learning is now increasingly important for graduates and their employers, and poses the challenge of developing these skills alongside the knowledge that graduates need to work in the Public Relations industry (Gill, 2018). As such, Public Relations teaching and learning often uses pedagogy to instil the self-efficacy to cope with the numerous challenges of professional practice (Sutherland & Ward, 2018).
