Abstract

This chapter provides a discussion of the benefits and constraints to utilizing podcasts in research skill development and draws on empirical research conducted with social work students, as well as practice examples from the Social Work Discoveries podcast (https://www.swdiscoveries.com" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">www.swdiscoveries.com). Hyperlinks to episodes will be embedded throughout the chapter, along with practical examples of teaching and learning activities, including assessment components, that draw on social work podcast content.
