![CDATA[In this chapter, we offer a critical reading of the promotional campaigns for the United States (U.S.) Gardasil® HPV/cervical vaccination program communicated through heritage and new media. We argue that critical readings of health media should focus on questions of production and consumption rather than just reception and representation.]]
