    Abstract

    ![CDATA[This paper will discuss the potential introduction into Australian aviation of passenger profiling, and its flow-on effects. Focusing on its applicability in other domains such as employment. This paper will initially outline the aviation scene, and the events that led up to the introduction of passenger profiling. It will then move on to its applicability in other spheres of influence such as employment. Areas that are covered include privacy issues, the effect of profiling on potential job applicants and the 'big brother' surveillance phenomenon that is increasing becoming the norm in the workplace.]]
