Abstract

We present radio-continuum observations of Galactic supernova remnant Vela Z, discovered in 1989 as a very strong X-ray source RX J0852.0-4622. We observed this Galactic SNR on four wavelengths: high resolution mosaic observations at 13 cm and 21 cm with ATCA radio interferometer and 3 cm and 6 cm with Parkes radio telescope. Thank to this, we investigate magnetic fields and morphology of Vela Z. Also, we determine overall radio spectral index as well as separate features of the remnant.
