Abstract
A transcapacitance with a linear relationship between its input current and the derivative of its logarithmically compressed output voltage is proposed. It is designed to be compatible with conductances implemented by single transistors. Compact circuits can be implemented using these elements, such as the current mode resonator shown as an example.
