Abstract
I will not discuss the chapters of this book, most of which deal with “decolonial” struggles in Latin America, from the point of view of the concept of autonomy as developed within autonomist movements since the 1970s in Italy and other European countries. In fact I will say something about these movements in this afterword, but what interests me more is the broader set of questions underlying the project of this book.
