    Abstract

    The Crusader Coppe rmine is typical of fault-hosted deposits of the eastern section of the Mount Isa Block. A fine suite of secondary copper minerals has been recovered from the oxidized zone of the deposit. Notable species are malachite, pseudomalachite and cuprite (chalcotrichite).
