Abstract

This chapter will draw on the findings of a recent research study conducted in Australia and Canada to explore the material-discursive-intrapsychic context of young migrant and refugee women's sexual embodiment, and to examine the implications of our research, and those of others in this field, for sexual health practice and policy in relation to young women.
