Abstract
Editorial. As we enter Volume 17 of the Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, we offer you a bumper issue with a larger than usual number of papers covering all of our focus areas of sports and exercise medicine, sports injury, physical activity, and sports and exercise science. I would like to take the opportunity to highlight some achievements of the Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport as well as outline a little about our directions, past and future.
