Silhouettes: Strictly Limited

Silhouettes: Strictly Limited was a site-based exhibition which took place inside an empty swimming pool. Barely inhabited since the 1940s, the exhibition introduced an audience not only to the work, but the space itself. The exhibition included three pencil drawings, two digital renders, three etchings, two skate decks, and the premiere of the digital animation. This film was playing on a loop from a projector in the darkened space at the end of the pool. Acknowledging both the event and the restrictions due to the pandemic, a series of ten postcards was produced from digital renders that were produced in the making of the film. These became a mini portable exhibition which was intended to be unpacked in the confines of isolation as a living moment of the project and its temporal context.
