Abstract
Part 1 of this article appeared in EPL 42 (2), at page 124. This part carries on from its basic situation report to a discussion of regional initiatives with regard to Land-based Sources of Marine Pollution (LBSMP) and a proposal regarding the need for effective cooperation in this area.
