This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of specific psychological therapy in people with severe and enduring anorexia nervosa. To assess the effects of specific psychological therapy in people with severe and enduring anorexia nervosa who are resistant to treatment.
