Abstract
![CDATA[Developers of online learning activities often intend to actively involve users in the development process. However, pressures of time and budget sometimes result in participatory design being neglected in practice. This paper examines a case study which measured the stages of concerns of both the participants and the developer of an interactive online learning module. The results suggest that end users should be consulted throughout the development process and highlights the importance of co-opting potential resistors so that their concerns and needs can be met.]]
