Abstract
STRONG COUNTRY was a solo exhibition by Madison Shakespeare, an Australian First Nations Custodian of Country, scholar, artist and filmmaker, and the major creative work in her Doctor of Creative Arts. This practice-based research project evoked connections through our shared natural environment between Indigenous researcher and diverse audience and serves as a unique and innovative methodological approach to research practice.
