Abstract
This submission relates to two of the broad areas upon which the Commission is seeking feedback: Language used throughout the draft; Anything not included that you think should be. Our feedback can be summarised as arguing for the term 'infant'" meaning children aged birth to 12 months" to be used in the draft; and for distinct guidelines to be included for infants as a group of children who have unique developmental needs and vulnerability, requiring special provisions in early childhood health checks.
