    Abstract

    This chapter concentrates on understanding sustainability at the level of the firm. It discusses the importance of stakeholders from the firm’s perspective, outlines the influence stakeholders can bring to a firm’s sustainable business practice, and suggests how business sustainability might be thought of as a paradigm change for the practice of business.
