Abstract
The case details an Australian State Government funded grant campaign directed at improving the: (a) Health and Well-being and (b) Participation and Empowerment for women and girls (O'Shea et al., 2020). In 2020 The NSW Government encouraged local councils within the state of NSW to apply for a grant to hold events and activities that celebrate women during NSW Women's Week from 2 March 2 to 8 March 2020. This was the fifth year of the programme.
