    Abstract

    Territory is a tangible attribute of Statehood, defining and declaring the physical area within which a State can enjoy and exercise its sovereignty. Sovereignty relates to supreme authority, It implies independence of any other earthly authority, States can enjoy freedom of action in respect of all matter, including perhaps even the right to pollute within its borders at a self-determined level.
