    Abstract

    An enforceable undertaking (EU) is a legal promise that can be enforceable in a court of law and is available as an enforcement remedy for regulators such as ASIC and the ACCC. This article discusses the definitional aspects of EUs, the circumstances when ASIC will enter into an EU and the content of such agreements.
