Abstract

![CDATA[The last 10 years has seen some major shifts in the way students in Australia experience their learning, particularly those studying at a distance. However, in making such a shift one must also then provide for a 'staff learning journey' and facilitate a variety of ways for its staff to become cognizant of the many and varied options that now exist due to the advances in technology.]]
