Abstract
![CDATA[The last 10 years has seen some major shifts in the way students in Australia experience their learning, particularly those studying at a distance. And this has been, in no small part, thanks to the advances in technology enhanced learning. In response the university has looked at different ways it could react to this change and as a consequence has made some major shifts in its approach to supporting its distance education students by re-framing its support methodology around what has been become known as the 'student learning journey'. However, in making such a shift one must also then provide for a 'staff learning journey' and facilitate a variety of ways for its staff to become cognizant of the many and varied options that now exist due to the advances in technology.]]
