Abstract
There is now a substantial body of international law dealing with many aspects of the use and exploration of outer space, mainly codified in and evidenced by Treaties, United Nations General Assembly Resolutions, the decisions of national courts, bilateral arrangements, and determinations by Intergovernmental Organisations. This chapter outlines the development of national space law and includes the relevant Treaties and Regulations.
