Abstract

This is the first attempt to translate the latest version of the Guidelines into English. All Chinese Listed companies must comply with them. This paper contains approximately the final one third of the Guidelines. It will appear in Volume 19 Issue 5 of the International Company and Commercial Law Review in the spring of 2008. The rest will appear in Volume 19 Issues 3 and 4 of the ICCLR.
