Abstract

This is the first attempt to translate the latest version of the Guidelines into English. All Chinese Listed companies must comply with them. This paper contains approximately the second one third of the Guidelines and will appear in Volume 19 Issue 4 of the International Company and Commercial Law Review in the spring of 2008. Part I appeared in Volume 19 Issue 3 of the ICCLR. Part III will appear in Volume 19 Issue 5 of the ICCLR.
