Abstract

![CDATA[This paper primarily introduces the background of establishing International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) which deals with international crimes particularly who committed crimes against humanity. The paper will specifically focus on the legal principles of international criminal law, and the provisions of the ICT Act 1973 (Bangladesh), together with its amendments applicable to international crimes trials in Bangladesh. Finally, the paper outlines that international crimes tribunal has brought a significant development in the legal jurisprudence to address crimes against humanity in Bangladesh.]]
