Abstract
The Inquisition is an ABC documentary that was aired in New South Wales on 28th April 2010. It is a good example of how car-cam video footage with an ambiguous narrative can be misleading. The subject of the video was Detective Inspector Graham Fowler a NSW police officer who obviously was engaged with a network of other police in corrupt and criminal activity. According to some at the time this footage, obtained on June 5, 1995, was the trump card of Royal Commissioner Wood and his senior investigator Nigel Hadgkiss. The content revealed Fowler pocketing what appeared to be a bribe from colleague Trevor Haken.
