Abstract
The Poster Centre was a dynamic artist-led screen-printing workshop for diverse community members from the Blacktown Local Government Area, and an integral part of the public program at The Leo Kelly Blacktown Arts Centre during March-May 2022. This evaluation was commissioned by Blacktown City Council to assess if and how The Poster Centre achieved its aims. Reflecting the approach by Blacktown Arts to devise and plan projects, this evaluation is informed by the Creative Cultural Wellbeing Framework (Mackay, 2014) that distinguishes five key elements as being influential in creative cultural wellbeing: shared experience; transformational processes; creative cultural practices; environment; values and belonging. Mixed methods were utilised, incorporating program data, questionnaires, and visual methods.
