Abstract
This article explores the ethical principles and analyses the Australian regulatory framework governing Human Germline Gene Editing (HGGE) and assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the context of creating designer babies with a focus on CRISPR-Cas9 technology for HGGE and Pre-implantation Genetic Testing and In-Vitro Fertilization.
