    Abstract

    One of the most common challenges for all directors and many other officers (such as CFO, CEO, general counsel etc) is the concept of ‘conflicts of interest’. This article attempts to provide a plain and clear guide to some of the issues and misconceptions, as well as some thoughts as to how to avoid such conflicts and potential breaches of the law.
