    Abstract

Introduction - The characteristics of difficulties in dyslexia include reading, word recognizing and recalling. There is evidence suggesting that dyslexia is more likely to use non-phonological memory codes included semantic and visual perceptual coding strategies to remember information. Objectives - This study explored the use of perceptual and semantic encoding methods for better word recognition in children with dyslexia.
